Written by Audra Plopper | Aug 18, 2026, 6:25:00 PM

Trimedx Foundation is happy to announce that Foundation volunteers who hold AAMI credentials can earn Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for the time they dedicate to volunteering. Through ACI, AAMI’s credentialing body, volunteer hours are eligible under Category 2: Leadership Roles. CEUs are available immediately, and no additional coursework or cost is required.

This program provides current and future volunteers with a tangible professional benefit for volunteer work through Trimedx Foundation. For the Foundation it is another meaningful way to recognize the people who give so generously of their time.

Volunteers holding any of the following credentials qualify for CEUs through ACI:

CBET — Certified Biomedical Equipment Technician
