For the last two years, the TRIMEDX Foundation associates and volunteers have partnered in developing a new resource to better support the needs of their partners in health around the world. This online platform, the TRIMEDX Foundation Technician Portal, acts as a central hub for ongoing technical support, education, and collaboration with TRIMEDX Foundation global biomedical technician partners.
Thanks to the sustained leadership and collaboration of TRIMEDX associates and the TRIMEDX Foundation, a healthcare clinic in Tanzania is on a stronger path forward. This year‑long effort—referred by Sentara Health associates—helped deliver critical medical equipment, consumables, and resources in support of the clinic’s operations and the community it serves. The work prompted a heartfelt thank you from clinic leadership and reflects the kind of global impact made possible through trusted relationships and shared commitment.

The Beit-Cure Children’s Hospital of Zambia (BCH Zambia) is a place of hope in South-Central Africa. Specializing in pediatric surgical care, the hospital provides charitable, life-changing surgeries. Since 2006, BCH Zambia has provided more than 26,000 surgeries, correcting conditions ranging from lower-limb deformities and ailments to congenital orthopedic conditions, burn contractures, and untreated trauma that could become permanent, life-limiting disabilities if left untreated.
Earlier this year, a TRIMEDX Foundation volunteer team made up of Brandy Attaway (TRIMEDX), Javier Naranjo (TRIMEDX), Michael O'Brien (Retired – Kaiser Permanente), and Nehal Siddig (TRIMEDX) arrived at AIC-CURE Children’s Hospital of Kenya in Kijabe, Kenya.
While Dan, Jimmie, and Joshua were wrapping up their work in Sierra Leone, Steve Link (Cullman Electric), Jerry Maddox (Medxcel), Daniel Monarrez (TRIMEDX), and Eustace Ricks (TRIMEDX) arrived in East Africa, about 4,500 miles away, in Mbale, Uganda, to provide technical expertise and support to the staff at CURE Children’s Hospital of Uganda.
The TRIMEDX Foundation is pleased to report this year’s annual Mission on the Greens was a tremendous success! Together we raised a record-breaking $214,000 from sponsorships and super ticket sales, surpassing last year by $24,000.
Dan Angst (TRIMEDX), Jimmie Norman (TRIMEDX), and Joshua Scott (TRIMEDX) kicked of the TRIMEDX Foundation’s Q2 volunteer trips flying to Lungi, Sierra Leone in support of the Rashid Conteh Memorial Foundation. The three-man volunteer team worked alongside Dr. Hassan Sesay, traveling to Bai Bureh Memorial Hospital and Evans Medical Center, about 45 miles away, and volunteering 72 hours.
